Who We Are

Communities In Schools is made up of community volunteers from a variety of professional and social backgrounds.

Included among our Board of Directors and mentors are lawyers, stay-at-home parents, accountants, ministers, retirees, doctors, city and county leaders, entrepreneurs and educators. We actively encourage anyone with a passion for helping children reach their full potential to join us in reducing the dropout rate in Lexington and Davidson County.
